Eastern Shores International (ESI) began in 1999 with two caring mothers wanting to provide friendly, safe homestay for students and young visitors.

As ESI's popularity has increased due to the quality of customer care that we provide, we have expanded, and now offer many more quality services. Even with this expansion we have maintained the high level of personalized support that our clients have come to expect from us. Today, the ESI team remains committed to making sure all homestays are successful, safe and enjoyable – and still done with a personal touch – the ESI Way

Our Team

Gloria Keinert

Gloria is Managing Director of ESI, and will be actively involved in the day to day operations, focusing mostly on interviewing homestay families, and liaising with associated agents and schools.

Rod Diaz

Rod is a Director of ESI, and actively involved in all aspects of the operations. His main focus will be to meet and greet the students arriving on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane, and also interviewing prospective homestay families.

Lucy Winser

Lucy is a Senior Consultant who is highly experienced in office systems, accounts, and organizing people. Lucy handles our placement of student to homestay families.

Jenny Rees

Jenny is a Consultant, who is highly experienced in office administration. She is also fluent in Cantonese - one of the most widely spoken Chinese languages.

Marlene Diaz

Marlene is the assistant to the Consultants, and in charge of the administration of data entry.

Cliff Keinert

Cliff is Director of ESI and will be an Advisor to the Management.
